Automatic Transfer

Nashville Electric Automatic Transfer (NEAT) makes it easy to pay. Here's how it works. The exact amount you owe on your electric bill each month is automatically transferred from your bank account. You will receive a statement that notifies you of the amount that is due and the date of the transfer before it takes place.

To sign up, complete and return this Authorization Form .

While you are at it, sign up for Budget Billing.  Take the surprise out of your monthly bill. When you enroll, you'll pay the same amount each month for 11 months. We estimate your electric bill based on previous billing records. We divide that amount into 11 equal payments. On the 12th month, your account is balanced to reflect your actual usage. Customers can sign up for Budget Billing between the months of April-September.  You must have service at your present address for at least one year to qualify.
