		p050708a.aspx FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - May 7, 2008 Corporate Communications, 615-747-3613 or 351-4530 NES Special Called Board Meeting Nashville, Tenn. – Chairman Leo Waters has called a special meeting of the Electric Power Board for Thursday, May 8 at 8 a.m. The meeting will be held at Nashville Electric Service, 1214 Church Street, in Room 222. The Board will consider a master infrastructure agreement with Metro and several bond issues, including drafts of the Board Resolution for the sale of 2008 Revenue Bonds, the Twenty-Second Supplemental Electric System Revenue Bond Resolution, the Preliminary Official Statement, and the Bond Purchase agreement. -end-
