Low Interest Financing and No Down Payment

Install a new ENERGY STAR heat pump with low interest, long term financing (6% for 10 years), no down payment, and a free inspection to assure proper sizing and installation.  The monthly payments are conveniently added to your electric bill.  A $5,000 loan would be $55.51 per month.

A non-ENERGY STAR heat pump qualifies for 8% interest over 10 years with no down payment ($60.66 per month on a $5,000 loan).

To qualify, you must be the landowner or have the property deeded in your name and pass an independent credit review.

The maximum loan for a single heat pump is $10,000 and $12,500 for more than one heat pump (or a geothermal system).

In-Home Energy Evaluation

If you are planning to sign up for an In-Home Energy Evaluation, you can receive a $250 rebate by financing your heat pump through the IHEE program.

Qualifying customers can also add additional insulation and other energy efficiency measures to the loan for a maximum of $20,000.
