Pay with Cash                       

Pay your bill in cash at over 20 area Tiger Market and On the Run convenience stores or at participating Dollar General stores.  Payments are made by inserting cash directly into the E-Wiz branded ATM.  Your transactions can be securely completed in either English or Spanish.  There is a $2 service fee per transaction.  Find the location nearest you.

Sign up for Budget Billing!
Take the surprise out of your monthly bill. When you enroll, you'll pay the same amount each month for 11 months. We estimate your electric bill based on previous billing records. We divide that amount into 11 equal payments. On the 12th month, your account is balanced to reflect your actual usage. Customers can sign up for Budget Billing between the months of April-September.  You must have service at your present address for at least one year to qualify. Third Party Notification
Sometimes all you need is a simple reminder to pay your bill. If your account is subject to disconnection, NES will notify a third party at no charge. It can be a friend, relative, or an agency. While this special notification will not stop service from being shut off, it does serve as an additional reminder that your payments are falling behind. To participate, call 615-736-6900.
