To report a power outage, call 615-234-0000.

Your telephone number is tied to our automated reporting line.  When you call, the system uses that phone number to access your records and issue a work order.  It's important to have a specific telephone number for each and every account you have with NES.  If something has changed, please take the time to update your information with one of our Customer Relations Service Advisors at 615-736-6900.

If you are calling from a number that isn't on the account, you will need to enter the correct phone number into the system when you call.  Always request a call back to verify that power has been restored.  The call back will be placed to the phone number associated with the outage location.
