Pay in Person
Pay your bill at our main office at 1214 Church Street, M-F, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., or at our North Nashville location at 9th and Monroe Street, M-F, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. If you use the night depository at either location, include your payment stub to ensure it is applied to the correct account.
Customers should come into our main office from Church Street, park in the Visitor's Parking lot located in front of and on the right side of the building, and enter the middle door labeled the Customer Lobby.
Sign up for Budget Billing!
Take the surprise out of your monthly bill. When you enroll, you'll pay the same amount each month for 11 months. We estimate your electric bill based on previous billing records. We divide that amount into 11 equal payments. On the 12th month, your account is balanced to reflect your actual usage.
Customers can sign up for Budget Billing between the months of April-September. You must have service at your present address for at least one year to qualify. Call 615-736-6900 for more information.

NEAT is the most convenient way to pay. Here's how it works. The exact amount you owe on your electric bill each month is automatically transferred from your bank account. You will receive a statement that notifies you of the amount that is due and the date of the transfer before it takes place. To sign up, complete and return this Authorization Form .
