NES Earns National Recognition for Communication Effort

NASHVILLE, TN – Nashville Electric Service (NES) has received an Award of Merit for its most recent annual report from the American Public Power Association (APPA).  NES is one of nine utilities across the nation to be recognized.

Judging was based on annual report copy, design, financial data, creativity, graphics, organization, and communicating the utility’s special story.  The awards were presented at the APPA Customer Connections Conference in Kansas City, MO. 

The American Public Power Association is the national service organization representing the nation’s more than 2,000 community and state-owned electric utilities.
