Nashville, Tenn. – Nashville Electric Service’s call center will be temporarily closed again on Saturday, August 28. Customers will be unable to speak with a customer relations advisor by calling 615-736-6900.
Crews are replacing an air conditioning chiller that will result in no air conditioning and possible brief power outages in the main building.
The NES call center will reopen Monday, August 30. If you need to report an outage, call 615-234-0000. In case of an emergency, call 911.
