Be on alert for utility scammers. NES never calls or goes door-to-door to request personal financial information. If you're in doubt, call 615-736-6900.

Pay by phone using a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover) or electronic check. Available only for residential and small commercial customers (less than 15,000 kWh per month).

Call 615-736-6900 and follow the prompts for Billing & Payment to make a one-time payment.

Be ready with your NES account number and your credit/debit card or bank account number. Note: A $2.25 fee for using this service will be charged to your bank, credit card or debit card account.

If your electricity has been disconnected for non-payment or if you have received a disconnect notice, please provide your payment confirmation number to NES Customer Relations when prompted after the transaction is complete.
