Make a one-time payment using a credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover) or electronic check. 

Call 615-736-6900 and follow the prompts for Billing & Payment.

Be ready with your NES account number and your credit/debit card or bank account information. Note: The processing company charges a $2.25 fee for this service. NES does not receive any portion of this fee.

For credit/debit cards, no more than five payments totaling $4,500 within a 30 day period are allowed.

If your electricity has been disconnected for non-payment or if you have received a disconnect notice, please provide your payment confirmation number to NES Customer Relations when prompted after the transaction is complete.
