Board Meeting Information

All NES regular board and committee meetings will be held onsite and streamed online until further notice. Board and committee meetings are open to the public. Committee meetings will begin at 8 a.m. with board meetings to immediately follow unless noted otherwise. A Nashville Electric Service customer who wishes to address the board must complete the public comment form and email to the Board Secretary at [email protected] to learn more about providing comment.

Our President

Teresa Broyles-Aplin was appointed President and CEO in June 2022. She joined NES in 2006 and served as the Chief Financial Officer. Broyles-Aplin spent many years in public accounting with most of that time being in the assurance and advisory practice of Deloitte. She has extensive merger and acquisition experience. She has broad experience with Securities and Exchange Commission filings and was an integral member of several initial public offering teams. She has been awarded the Belmont Massey Graduate School Distinguished Graduate Award and the CFO of the Year award by the Nashville Business Journal.
